Our low-carb, keto-friendly baking mixes make it easy to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Here are some tips and tricks to make sure your baked goods turn out as tasty as possible!

Bread Mix

  • Using a bread machine and oven combined, select the "dough setting." Once ready, place dough in a prepared loaf pan to cook in your oven.

  • To ensure your dough rises turn your oven light on and place a mug of boiling water to create a warm and humid environment for the dough to rise for a minimum of 20 minutes.

  • The type of pan you use can make a difference:

  • Glass pans are cooler, so it may slow the process for the dough to rise, perhaps warm the glass with hot water before putting your dough in. During cooking, note that glass retains heat longer, therefore cooking time may vary.

  • Tin pans warm quickly, ideal for the dough to rise and may need less cooking time

  • An 8-inch loaf pan is recommended

  • To thicken your batter, allow the mix to rest for at least 15 minutes before pouring onto your pan
